B&R Servo Drive

This page describes the integration of the Green Drive ISO tubular linear motor with a B&R servo drive. The B&R drive is configured with the appropriate plug-in module and the correct encoder and motor-phase settings.

Incremental encoder (ncINC) with ParID 109 = 16384 (Interpolation factor)

V and W phase inverted.

- Select the plug-in module according to the motor feedback (ENDAT or SIN/COS). - Set the interpolation factor (ParID 109) as shown above for the configured resolution. - The motor-phase order must match the drive configuration (V and W inverted). - Refer to the B&R documentation and the motor datasheet for the full commissioning procedure.
