Linear guiding system
This page describes the linear guiding system for the Ironcore linear motors. The correct guide type is selected according to the motor size and the application requirements.
To design the linear system, NILAB can provide the correct linear guide type to meet the requirements of the Ironcore linear motors. In the standard mechanical configuration, the linear system is composed of two rails and at least 4 carriages connected to the axes.

How to select the guide
- The guide type is matched to the motor size (Size 15 to Size 45). - The standard configuration uses two rails and at least 4 carriages. - Some motors support 4 or 6 carriages depending on the guide type. - Refer to the mounting page and the installation manual for the guide assembly.
