L/LK Ironcore linear motors

The L/LK/L1S ironcore flat linear motor series offers an outstanding force-to-dimension ratio. The primary and secondary parts are covered by a strong epoxy protective resin, resistant to shock and aggressive substances.

Seven primary frame sizes and up to five primary part lengths are available, providing continuous forces from 150 N to 7500 N and peak forces from 440 N to 15750 N.

The standard L motor is supplied with a power cable with flying leads, or with a circular connector. Different cable exit directions are available (X, Y, and Z). The winding can be supplied with different nominal speed values and different integrated thermal sensors, such as Thermoswitch, PTC, KTY, or NTC.

To increase the nominal force, the LK series is available with an integrated cooling option. The L1S model is available to minimize the frame size of the motor.
