Ethernet/IP Gateway
This page describes the Ethernet/IP gateway for controlling the integrated drive motors from an Ethernet/IP master PLC.
In order to control the integrated drive motor with an Ethernet/IP Master PLC, it is possible to use a standard gateway solution.
The NLi motor must be updated with the Extended PDO Firmware. Please contact NILAB for the right firmware.

Notes
- The gateway converts the Ethernet/IP master communication to CANopen for the motor. - The motor firmware must support the extended PDO mapping; contact NILAB to obtain the correct firmware. - Use the provided configuration file as the starting point for the axis setup. - Refer to the CANopen page for the PDO mapping and the communication parameters.
