Maglift - Vertical counterbalance
This landing page is the entry point for the Maglift — the magnetic spring for vertical counterbalance. It compensates the gravitational force in vertical applications.
In vertical applications, when the linear motor is not powered, the linear axis can fall due to gravity. Using Maglift, the gravitational force is counterbalanced and the linear motor remains in a steady state.

How to select the Maglift
- Choose the Maglift size according to the moved mass and the required counterbalance force. - The force is constant over the stroke with a ±10% tolerance. - The Maglift requires no electronic control and no compressed air. - It is suitable for high-dynamic movements and can operate in push or pull (symmetrical).
