MCSS Slide Units
MCSS slide units are complete actuators based on integrated miniature tubular linear motors.
The MCSS slide table is a precision slide table with integrated guides and rails, which isolate the load bearing from the movement of the dual-slider linear motors. The integrated drive with encoder feedback ensures precise positioning. The Maglift accessories from NILAB prevent the slide table from dropping when the motor is switched off.
The slide table cylinder's working principle is that the parallel drive of two miniature tubular linear motors creates the linear motion, and the stroke of the push depends on the length of the guide rail. The thrust and pull force on the guide rod are determined by the force required for the work. Generally used in printing, semiconductor, automation control, robotics, and other industries.
